Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Studio21. We ship worldwide. This page explains how and when your order will be sent.

Order processing

Your order is shipped within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

After your order has been shipped, delivery of the parcel takes between 10 and 12 business days. The exact delivery time depends on your destination and the carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you pay.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees or taxes may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at studio21.customerservice@outlook.com.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please email us at studio21.customerservice@outlook.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We will help you as quickly as possible.
