Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you can return your order within 14 days.

14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you (or a person you name) receive the item(s). This right applies to customers in the European Union and is in line with EU consumer law.

How to return an item

Email us at studio21.customerservice@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
We will reply with the return instructions and the return address.
Send the item(s) back to us within 14 days after you told us that you want to withdraw.

Condition of the items

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. You are only liable for any loss in value of the item(s) caused by handling that goes beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return shipping costs

The customer pays the cost of returning the item(s), unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. Please choose a trackable shipping method and keep your proof of postage, because you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price, including the standard shipping costs, within 14 days after we receive the returned item(s) or after you provide proof that you have sent them back. The refund is made with the same payment method you used for your order.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at studio21.customerservice@outlook.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
