Studio21, based in the Netherlands, is the controller of your personal data.

Contact details: name, email address, phone number
Delivery and billing address
Order details and purchase history
Payment information (processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details)
Technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, and how you use our website (through cookies)
Messages you send us

Why we use your data

To process and deliver your orders and handle payments (performance of a contract)
To handle returns, questions and complaints (performance of a contract)
To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules (legal obligation)
To keep our website secure and to improve it (legitimate interest)
To send marketing emails, only if you have subscribed (consent)

Who we share your data with

We only share data that is necessary with service providers who help us run the store, such as Shopify (our store platform), payment providers, shipping carriers and email or analytics services. These parties process your data on our behalf or under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and invoice data is kept for at least 7 years because of Dutch tax law.
